Organized by the torch center of MOST, China Academy of Science Beijing Branch and Z-Park Commission, 2007 Technology Transfer Development Forum was held in Beijing at Nov. 30th. Dr. Zhanghui, CEO from Innofidei, was invited to give a speech about technology transfer and strarting and enterprise.

The theme of the forum is ¡°The relationship between Technology Transfer and Creation, starting new enterprise and investments on new enterprise¡±. Experts from government, university, VC and enterprises gave their excellent ideas around the theme.

Being one of the only 2 guests from enterprises, Dr. Zhang mentioned in his speech that mobile TV is an industry which needs supports both from government and enterprise. Mobile TV is one kind of press, which should be managed by SARFT. Being a high-tech industry, mobile TV is developing in accordance with its hardware and software development. Thus, mobile TV is not only an industry, but also a government action. What INNOFIDEI has done is cooperation with ABS from SARFT. It¡¯s proved to be very effective and efficient because INNOFIDEI released the first CMMB demodulating chipset in only 7 months and the whole CMMB industrialization is almost ready in only one and a half years.

Finally, Dr. Zhang wished that there would be more cases like INNOFIDEI in some core technologies in the future.
