Dr. Tom Zhang Chairman,President &CEO |
Tom is the co-founder of Innofidei. He is an expert in digital multimedia chip design and at the same time a proven entrepreneur with successful venture experience. Currently he is also the Secretary-General of MMTA- Mobile Multimedia Technology Alliance formed jointly by government department, all telecom operators and major telecom device manufacturers in China. Prior his venture in Innofidei, he was the co-Founder of Vimicro - a Nasdaq listed Chinese company with a market capital over $350M and focused on multimedia chip design. Tom received his PhD degree in EE Department in University of California, Berkeley, USA and BS degree in University of Science & Technology, China.
In 2006, Dr.Zhang was honored "Talent in Science, Technology and Management with Outstanding Contribution" by Beijing municipal government.In 2005, Dr.Zhang was granted 1st prize of National Science and Technology Advancement Award by President Hu Jintao, one of the highest honors ever presented to China's IC design industry. Also in 2005, he was honored "Outstanding Engineering Alumni Award" by University of California, Berkeley, USA and "Zhongguancun Excellent Entrepreneur".In 2004, Dr.Zhang was honored the Award for Important Technology Innovation in Information Technology by MII and 1st prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award by Beijing municipal government. | |

Stanley Wang CTO, VP Engineering |
| Stanley is the co-founder of Innofidei. He has over 15 years experience in ASIC design. Prior to Innofidei, Stanley was a Sr. Director of VLSI and Architecture in LSI Logic. Previously, Stanley was the founder of Accerant Inc. specialized in the advanced DTV and display chipset and the company was acquired by LSI logic in 2004. Prior to his venture in Accerant, Stanley was a VLSI architect in Broadcom Corporation and design manager in C-Cube Microsystems. Stanley received his MS degree in the EE department in Silicon Valley University, USA. | |
