Job Description:
Responsible for chip production and operation management:

1.       As the coordinator between Design House & Foundry, monitoring the Project Tapeout, wafer fabrication, responsible for the wafer mass production;

2.       Provide necessary information/suggestion of Foundry to RD team, such as Foundry process, shuttle schedule, cycle time, foundry productivity, cost estimation etc.,

3.       As the coordinator between Design House & Assembly/Testing House, monitoring the Package Design (QFN, LQFP, BGA, SIP, CSP, etc.), Test tooling/Test Program preparation, responsible for the mass production Chip assembly and testing;

4.       Provide necessary information/suggestion of Assembly/Testing house to RD team, such as package option, cycle time, cost estimation etc.,

5.       Evaluating suppliers including Foundry, Assembly/Testing House, Test tooling vendors, or collecting plentiful information to help Company to do evaluation; 

6.       Introduce qualified vendors(Foundry, Assembly/Testing House, Test tooling vendors) to company;
