Job Function:

Responsible for the technical introduction and promotion of products to customers.

1.          Support customers and design houses in developing application software and hardware and in any technical problems in the life cycle of the application product.

2.          Support customers in their production ramp-up cycle: engineering sample, product sample, pilot production and mass production;

3.          Responsible for performing Sales and FAE training to local distributors.

4.          Responsible for internal FAE team training.

5.          Seminars to customers introducing existing and new products.

6.          Interact & cooperate with sales & marketing team.

7.          Responsible for defining and clarifying any technical issues related to new or existing products and clearly communicate that to the company.

8.          Prepare the training materials and write an application notes

9.          Provide the real time product info and project schedule for Marketing and Sales

 

 

Qualification:

1.          Supervising 5+ FAEs

2.          Bachelor+ degree with fluent in spoken & written Chinese and English

3.          At least 5 years experiences in embedded systems or mobile design MP3/MP4/PMP and 2+ year management experience

4.          Good knowledge in C/C++, familiar with embedded OS, database, compiler, etc or hardware, RF, etc.

5.          Pro-active attitude, hard working, and teamwork spirit

6.          Excellent social skills, capable of building relationships and willing to travel

7.          Good presentation and communication skills

8.          Quick learner and analytic thinker

9.          Ability to work under pressure
