Qualifications
Must have:
1. Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related discipline (Masters preferred)
2. 2+ years of Linux/WinCE/Windows Mobile development experience
3. Experience on application processor interface.
4. Experience on bus communication protocol, especially on SDIO, USB, SPI and I2C.
5. Experience in SW C/C++ developments or HW experience in the field of PDA, PMP, Car TV, GPS, Smart phone, etc.
6. Knowledge on the Digital TV (audio/video decode, H.264/AAC, IP and terrestrial reception, DVB standards).
7. Knowledge on the embedded software/real time system SW.
8. Good communication skills in both written and oral English.
9. Solid understanding mobile/MP3/MP4/PMP/GPS/MDTV etc system design.
10. Willing to overseas travel 50%+.

Job Tasks
This position reports to Technical Support Manager, which interfaces to Marketing and Sales and external companies.
Main responsibilities include
1. Be in charge of technical support for one or more customers in parallel
2. Be the main contact window between customer and company and responsible for defining and clarifying any
technical issues related to new or existing products and clearly communicate that to the company.
3. Support customers and design houses in developing application software and hardware and in any technical
problems in the life cycle of the application product.
4. Support customers in their production ramp-up cycle: engineering sample, product sample, pilot production and mass production;
5. Responsible for performing Sales and FAE training to local distributors.
6. Seminars to customers introducing existing and new products.
7. Interact & cooperate with sales & marketing team.
8. Prepare the training materials and write an application notes
9. Provide the real time product info and project schedule for Marketing and Sales
10. Join the project with engineering team partly in order to enhance the up to dated technologies
